Our expanding logistics facility in Denver, Colorado, is seeking an organized and dependable Receiving Clerk. This role is vital for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our incoming inventory. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the receiving process, from unloading shipments and verifying contents against documentation, to inspecting for damage and accurately entering data into our inventory system. A meticulous approach to detail and a strong commitment to safety, including the correct use of PPE, are paramount. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with other warehouse personnel. If you have experience in warehouse receiving and a passion for logistics, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify all incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report findings.
- Compare received items against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Accurately record all received inventory in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Tag and prepare received items for put-away or further processing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments regarding incoming stock.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Strict adherence to required PPE protocols.
- Capability for lifting up to 50 pounds.
