Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Fort Worth, Texas! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and shipping orders to meet customer demands. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that all items are correctly identified, packaged, and labeled for transit. This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork and a commitment to quality are highly valued. You will work closely with other members of the fulfillment team to maintain optimal workflow and achieve daily targets. Your contributions are essential to the success of our logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during shipping.
  • Label packages correctly with shipping information.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and PPE.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations.
