Our Los Angeles, California facility is seeking motivated Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced logistics team. This role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, directly impacting our customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory, meticulously packing them for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment and require all employees to strictly adhere to our Safety policies and properly use all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse stock using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before and during the picking process.
- Package items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label all packages correctly for shipping destinations.
- Stage completed orders in designated areas for quality control and loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management as directed.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and operational efficiency within the logistics department.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse/fulfillment role is highly advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proven commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A dedication to upholding strict Safety standards in all aspects of the job.
