Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our busy warehouse operations in Boston, Massachusetts. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment to our valued customers. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics department. We are looking for individuals who can work diligently in a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards of accuracy, and adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order requirements using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Verify product identification and quantity against order details.
  • Inspect items for any damage or defects before packing.
  • Package products securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packing materials.
  • Label packages correctly for shipping.
  • Stage completed orders in designated areas for quality control and shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all Safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
  • Contribute to overall team goals for order fulfillment efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring regular Lifting (up to 35 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to upholding high Safety standards.
