Your responsibilities will include receiving goods, accurately picking and packing items for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against orders.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Stage orders for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through organized stocking and cycle counts.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory control.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE and follow all safety protocols.
