Become a key player in our Houston, Texas operations as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to our efficient order fulfillment process. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time, supporting our complex logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Process incoming inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Be prepared for tasks involving regular lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and meet performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks involving consistent lifting and movement.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
