Are you a motivated and experienced leader? We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this critical role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of warehouse associates, and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and Safety. Your responsibilities will include scheduling staff, monitoring workflow, implementing operational improvements, and enforcing company policies. You will play a key part in maintaining optimal Logistics performance and ensuring customer satisfaction. A strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures is essential, and you will be responsible for promoting a culture of Safety among your team, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to handle various aspects of warehouse management, which may include overseeing tasks involving moderate Lifting. You will work to optimize space utilization, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with other departments.
