Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and palletize incoming shipments.
- Sort, pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all logistics procedures.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have the ability to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly. Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety practices is a must. This role demands reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to tasks.
