We are actively recruiting a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, California. This role is at the forefront of our customer order process, responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will work with a variety of products, ensuring that each item is handled with care and precision. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to meeting daily fulfillment targets. A strong emphasis will be placed on maintaining a safe work environment, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of required PPE. This position is vital to our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to a positive and productive warehouse atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and other picking equipment.
- Inspect items for damage before packing to ensure quality.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment, ensuring all shipping information is accurate.
- Stage packed orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including workstations and packing stations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock organization as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse and logistics operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or pick-and-pack role is preferred. Ability to perform tasks that require frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Strong work ethic and reliability. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Understanding of warehouse safety procedures is essential. A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player. Familiarity with logistics processes is a plus. Commitment to following safety guidelines including wearing appropriate PPE.
