Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Material Handler to join our operations in Orlando, Florida. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the movement and management of materials throughout our facility. This includes receiving raw materials, stocking finished goods, and preparing items for production or shipment. Your contribution is essential to the seamless functioning of our Logistics chain. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are expected to strictly follow established safety procedures and utilize provided PPE. You will operate various types of equipment to ensure efficient material flow. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina and a commitment to accuracy and organization. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a productive work environment. Your role ensures that materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and store incoming materials and products.
  • Transport materials to and from designated areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
  • Ensure all materials are handled and stored properly to prevent damage or loss.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Assist with production or shipping departments as needed.
  • Support the overall Logistics and supply chain objectives of the company.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
  • Ability to perform frequent Lifting and moving of heavy items, up to 70 pounds.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
