Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive merchandise, checking for damages and discrepancies.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in the correct warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments by labeling and staging them for carrier pickup.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, promoting a hazard-free environment.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve departmental goals and optimize Logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to handle continuous Lifting and moving of items up to 60 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
