Responsibilities:
- Unload and process incoming inventory, checking for accuracy and damage.
- Store products in designated warehouse areas, maintaining organized stock levels.
- Accurately pick products to fulfill customer orders and prepare them for dispatch.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Ensure warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
- Comply with all company **safety** policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in maintaining record accuracy.
- Collaborate with fellow warehouse staff and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Perform **lifting** of items weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
- Assist with various **logistics** support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manual labor setting is advantageous.
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, and **lift** throughout the shift.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- A strong commitment to workplace **safety** and the correct use of **PPE**.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse **logistics** is a plus.
