We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Inventory Control Specialist for our San Antonio, Texas facility. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, performing audits of inventory records, and implementing procedures to minimize stock rotation issues and prevent loss. You will work closely with the warehouse management team to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory management software are essential. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles. While this role may involve some physical tasks, including occasional lifting up to 30 pounds, the primary focus is on data accuracy and process improvement. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory.
