We are seeking motivated Distribution Center Associates to join our state-of-the-art facility in Dallas, Texas. As a vital member of our logistics team, you will contribute to the efficient operations of our distribution center by performing a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. We prioritize a safe work environment and expect all associates to strictly adhere to safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position involves regular physical activity, requiring the ability to perform significant Lifting of up to 50 lbs. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic warehouse setting. Prior experience in a distribution center or logistics role is advantageous, but we encourage applications from all qualified individuals eager to develop their skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments.
- Put away stock in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Wear and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in inventory management activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical demands, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
