Join our thriving logistics operations in Jacksonville, Florida, as an Order Picker! We are seeking energetic and organized individuals to accurately fulfill customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to locate and retrieve specified products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and pick lists. Accuracy and efficiency are key to ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This physically demanding role requires you to be on your feet for most of your shift, involving walking, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs. You will work collaboratively with our receiving and packing teams to maintain a smooth workflow. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all employees to strictly adhere to safety regulations and utilize the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required. We offer competitive hourly wages and opportunities for advancement within our logistics company. - Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Meet daily picking quotas and quality standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Ensure the integrity of picked items.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Must be capable of consistent lifting.
