Join our dynamic fulfillment center in Chicago, Illinois, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to be part of our thriving logistics operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Your responsibilities will include navigating the warehouse using RF scanners, selecting the correct items, and ensuring the quality and integrity of each package. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the efficient flow of goods. This position demands physical stamina, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs is an essential part of the job. Safety is our highest priority; you will be required to adhere to all company safety policies and procedures and consistently use the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Experience with warehouse management systems and order fulfillment processes is advantageous. - Accurately pick and fulfill customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order details and product information.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Keep your workstation and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
- Must be comfortable with frequent lifting.
