Join our vibrant e-commerce fulfillment center in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to accurately and efficiently pick items for customer orders and carefully pack them for shipment. This role is central to our logistics operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities include using RF scanners to locate and pick items, inspecting products for quality, assembling product packaging, and preparing orders for dispatch. Safety is our top priority; you must strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, as well as the ability to perform frequent Lifting of packages up to 35 lbs. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
