Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment (e.g., conveyors, forklifts, automated systems).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all machinery and tools.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize required PPE diligently.
  • Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and emergency repair needs.
  • Must be able to perform lifting of equipment and parts up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or technical degree/certification in a related field.
  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics systems.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and procedures, including PPE usage.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting and working in various warehouse environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
