Join our team in Richmond, Virginia, as a dedicated Warehouse Worker! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This role is fundamental to the efficient functioning of our logistics network and ensuring our products reach our customers on time.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify quantities.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and load them onto delivery vehicles.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Capacity to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for entire shifts.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality.
