Become a vital part of our e-commerce fulfillment process as a Fulfillment Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is at the heart of our logistics network, responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be engaged in a variety of tasks including receiving inventory, picking items, packing orders with care, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices.
- Carefully pack orders to ensure product protection during transit.
- Process and prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Receive and stock incoming merchandise.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and protocols.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Follow procedures for Lifting and moving inventory.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Support overall logistics and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Capability of Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics operations.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
