Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, including pallet jacks.
- Ensure all workstations are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including Lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Capability of Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
