Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training and certification opportunities available).
- Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent cycle counting and system updates.
- Uphold a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and overall operational goals.
- Support various logistics functions as needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Must be capable of consistent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Follow all directives and work towards shared objectives.
