Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required or provided).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and using appropriate PPE.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed, contributing to the overall logistics flow.
- Capable of consistent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Follow all company guidelines and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
