About
We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our operations in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse, contributing directly to our company's success. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be handling diverse products and utilizing warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all company policies and Safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and basic Logistics principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and tools.
- Must wear appropriate PPE , such as safety shoes and vests.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
