- Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse storage locations using order lists or electronic devices.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment to reach items.
- Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Pack picked items appropriately for shipment, as needed.
- Scan items into inventory management system to track movement.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas to ensure efficient logistics flow.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties when required.
- Proven ability to read and understand order sheets.
- Experience with RF scanners or other warehouse technology is preferred.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability of frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety and logistics best practices.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working in various warehouse temperatures.
