You will be responsible for picking the correct items from inventory, verifying their quality, and packaging them securely for shipment. A strong focus on detail and speed is essential to meet our service level agreements. As part of our dynamic Logistics team, you will play a key role in customer satisfaction. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment, which includes providing necessary PPE and enforcing strict Safety protocols. This position requires individuals who are comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and regular Lifting . Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders using provided lists or scanners.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging.
- Select appropriate packing materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Pack items carefully and efficiently, ensuring order accuracy.
- Apply shipping labels and verify addresses.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory tasks and stock replenishment when needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use and maintain all required PPE .
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our warehouse Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret picking instructions and product information.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good manual dexterity and packing skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability for frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Basic understanding of Logistics processes.
