This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are processed accurately and efficiently through our facility. You will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, accurately picking and packing orders, preparing shipments for outbound transit, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. We maintain a strong focus on safety, requiring all associates to adhere to all safety regulations and properly use all required PPE. - Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and correctly labeled.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the distribution center.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with distribution center operations and logistics.
- A proactive approach to safety and adherence to all guidelines.
