Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack items securely into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages with shipping information.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory.
- Prepare orders for shipment and stage them for pickup.
- Conduct quality checks on packed items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 35 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of order fulfillment processes and logistics.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
