We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our Orlando, Florida team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory, playing a critical part in our overall logistics success. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and implementing procedures to minimize stock loss and errors. You will work closely with warehouse staff and management to ensure that inventory records are up-to-date and reflect physical stock. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices is essential. This position also requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly. Safety is a priority; you must adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. While this role may not involve as much heavy lifting as other warehouse positions, some lifting up to 30 lbs may be necessary. Responsibilities:
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.

- Coordinate with receiving and shipping departments on inventory matters.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and PPE usage.
- Assist in training staff on inventory procedures.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
