We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, performing audits, and implementing inventory control procedures. You will work closely with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels, identify potential issues, and contribute to optimizing inventory management. Experience with inventory management software and a strong understanding of warehouse operations are essential. This role requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all personnel are expected to adhere to safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. While this role is primarily administrative, it may involve some lifting of items up to 30 lbs for auditing purposes.
