We are representing a confidential client in the built-environment consulting sector seeking a Regional Operations Leader to oversee operations, technical delivery, and team performance across a multidisciplinary group.

The Role

This position leads the local office, ensuring strong project execution, quality standards, team development, and long-term business growth.

What You’ll Do

Operations & Performance

• Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient, high-quality project delivery
• Improve workflows, processes, and service performance
• Monitor financial targets and operational KPIs

Leadership & People

• Build and mentor a talented team across technical and support roles
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews
• Promote a positive, accountable culture

Strategy & Growth

• Develop short- and long-term business plans
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and market growth
• Work closely with corporate teams to align priorities

Client & Technical Support

• Review technical work for quality and accuracy
• Support key client relationships and resolve project issues
• Represent the firm at local industry events when needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree; engineering, architecture, or construction-related fields preferred
• 10+ years in the built-environment sector
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a consulting or technical services setting
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
• Proven ability to manage performance, people, and client expectations
