- Manage all aspects of residential real estate conveyancing files from opening to closing
- Prepare and review transfer documents, mortgage packages, trust letters, and registration documents
- Conduct and interpret title searches, off-title searches, tax searches, and corporate searches
- Draft closing documents, statements of adjustments, and reporting packages
- Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, realtors, financial institutions, and opposing counsel
- Coordinate all closing logistics, including funding arrangements, registrations, and delivery of keys/documents
- Ensure compliance with Alberta Land Titles requirements and firm procedures
- Maintain organized and comprehensive file records, deadlines, and checklists
- Manage a high-volume workload accurately and efficiently
- 5+ years of experience in residential real estate conveyancing (commercial experience is an asset)
- Strong understanding of Alberta Land Titles procedures and registration processes
- Proficiency with conveyancing software and related tools
- Excellent drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and handle complex transactions
- Team-oriented, with a collaborative and supportive mindset
