Job Summary
The Multimedia Designer will play a key role in bringing our digital campaigns to life through engaging, scroll-stopping digital content. This role blends creativity, storytelling, and technical execution, transforming concepts into compelling visuals, from static graphics to dynamic motion and video that captivate audiences across social and digital platforms.
You’ll collaborate with our creative team and account managers to concept, design, and produce high-quality graphics, videos, animations, and other digital assets that drive real impact for our health and wellness clients.
This role is perfect for a versatile creative who loves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to help shape how meaningful brands connect through a wide range of visual media.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Concepting & Storytelling
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and visual approaches for digital campaigns.
- Translate strategy and messaging into compelling visual narratives that engage target audiences.
- Support creative ideation sessions with fresh perspectives on graphic design, motion design, video editing, and social-first digital content.
Design & Production
- Design and produce high-quality static graphics (e.g., social media posts, display ads) using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Perform photo editing, color correction, and retouching for campaign imagery to ensure a polished and consistent brand look.
- Concept and execute digital illustration or iconography to support campaign themes when stock assets are not sufficient.
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, paid campaigns, and digital channels.
- Create motion graphics and light animations that enhance storytelling and brand impact.
- Apply sound design, strong typography, color theory, and transitions to elevate content and maintain brand consistency across all media.
- Adapt creative assets across multiple formats, platforms, and aspect ratios.
Collaboration & Asset Management
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure all assets align with campaign goals and client objectives.
- Manage timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Maintain and organize a library of digital assets (project files, stock footage, photos, final renders) ensuring all creative is properly archived and accessible for the team.
- Stay current on digital design trends, social video trends, animation techniques, and editing styles to continually push creative boundaries.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, including graphic design, video editing, and motion design (agency or in-house).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across both static graphic design and video/motion projects.
- Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Understanding of pacing, visual rhythm, and storytelling for social-first content.
- Experience with animation, visual effects, and graphic overlays.
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for typography, color, and composition.
- Familiarity with presentation design best practices for Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and strategy teams.
- A passion for creating meaningful, visually compelling work — especially in the health and wellness space.
