We specialize in insurance restoration , water/fire/smoke claims , and renovation-based restoration , built on processes, accountability, and a commitment to making stressful situations easier for homeowners, adjusters, and contractors.
We’re growing and evolving — now looking for a leader who wants to take ownership, build systems, and help scale the division to the next level.
The Role: Restoration Project Manager / General ManagerWe’re looking for a strong, organized, people-focused leader to oversee and grow our Restoration division. This is a hybrid role with responsibilities in project management, operations, estimating, and leadership .
You’ll work directly with Owner, manage day-to-day operations, and be empowered to shape how this division grows over the next 3–5 years.
Key Responsibilities Project Management- Manage all restoration projects from initial loss to final walkthrough
- Schedule and coordinate carpenters, subs, and trades
- Ensure quality control at each stage — fit, finish, and industry standards
- Maintain timelines, budgets, and daily job updates
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and sign-offs
- Communicate clearly with clients, adjusters, and insurance partners
- Create Xactimate estimates
- Upload notes, photos, and job documentation
- Track change orders, supplements, and approvals
- Build efficient templates, repeatable processes, and jobsite checklists
- Lead and mentor field staff
- Implement Feeney Restoration SOPs
- Improve operational efficiency, job flow, scheduling, and KPIs
- Participate in division planning, budgeting, and growth strategy
- Work with office/coordination team on invoicing and receivables
- Build relationships with adjusters, brokers, and industry partners
- Represent Feeney Restoration with professionalism, empathy, and accountability
- Ensure excellent communication throughout every project
- Experience in restoration , construction project management , or insurance-related trades
- Familiarity with water/fire/smoke loss, reconstruction, and estimating
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple active projects
- A mindset focused on quality, integrity, accountability
- Ability to lead people and build team culture
- Tech-friendly (Buildertrend, Xactimate, Google Workspace, etc.)
