About

Role Overview:

This role is ideal for an individual contributor responsible for coordinating projects, supporting budgets, labour, and materials, and ensuring timely deliverables. Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and internal departments while maintaining documentation standards. Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency. 


Duties and Responsibilities:


·      Project oversight and coordination (80%)

o  Work closely with project managers, engineering and site teams to meet deadlines and project requirements.

o  Monitor active project labour, equipment and materials sheets for accuracy and completeness for assigned projects

o  Support budget, cost tracking and financial reporting.

o  Assist in the preparation of client-facing and internal deliverables such as reports, change orders, and project documentation

o  Serve as a key point of coordination between project teams and departments (accounting, procurement, quality etc.)

o  Foster strong, proactive communication with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

o  Responsible for transmittals and submissions

o  Report to PMO Manager


·      Standardization & Process improvement (20%)

o  Responsible to ensure all documentation standards are followed.

o  Lead initiatives to streamline and standardizer project coordination processes across all projects

o  Identify opportunities to improve tools, templates and workflows and present viable solutions.


Qualification and Experience:

·      Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical field)

·      3-5 years of experience supporting projects.

·      Experience in technical, design/build, or engineering company considered an asset

·      Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, prioritize, maintain a high degree of organization and handle complex coordination issues.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral, presentation).
