 Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 CAD (based on experience)

Wafr Technologies is building the world’s cleanest and most cost-efficient AI data centres powered by our breakthrough PCM-based cooling and TES innovations. As we scale across Canada and the US, we’re looking for a Chief of Staff & Administrator  to support the CEO and leadership team in driving strategic execution, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.

• Act as the right hand to the CEO for planning, prioritization, and execution
• Coordinate internal operations, cross-functional workflows, and executive initiatives
• Manage calendars, investor communications, key stakeholder follow-ups, and board reporting
• Support HR, recruitment, onboarding, and administrative functions
• Drive accountability across engineering, finance, ops, and project teams
• Prepare briefs, presentations, and documents for partners, investors, and government programs
• Build organizational processes in a fast-scaling cleantech/AI environment

• 3–8 years’ experience in Chief of Staff, executive assistant, operations, or administrative leadership roles
• Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• Strong analytical and execution skills; comfort working in a fast-paced startup
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Experience coordinating with investors, consultants, or government partners is an asset
• Bonus: exposure to tech, cleantech, AI, or engineering environments
