Your role with us:

The Office Administrator is responsible for reception duties and day-to-day administrative functions, enabling efficient operations of the office.

Shift: Monday to Friday @ 9 AM to 3:30 PM


You will bring to the role:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset.
  • 1-2 years of experience providing office administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools and office technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
