Flight RN Flight Nurse is part of the specialty transport team of experts to safely transport patients between medical facilities and accident scenes. An important aspect includes collaboration with other medical and emergency service providers for the purpose of establishing continuity of care by applying problem solving strategies to patient case challenges, adapting to a dynamic and challenging environment, and advancing treatment modalities/interventions with the end goals of providing the highest patient care and improving patient outcomes. This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below: Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements. Flexible and available to work on a variable shift which may include days, evenings, or nights shifts. Full Time Shifts Available: Graduate from an accredited nursing program ~ Texas Registered Nurse License ~ National Trauma Nursing Core Course - Emergency Nurses Association ~ Registered Nurse Certified in Inpatient Obstetrics (RNC-OB) -OR- ~ Certified Flight Registered Nurse (CFRN) ~3 or more years of acute care nursing 5 or more years of PICU, NICU, and/or L&D experience. ~3 or more years of Flight Nursing/Specialty Transport Nursing Our best-in-class benefits are uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally, and achieving financial security.
