Your Role as an RN:
* Provide one-on-one, in-home care for patients of all ages
* Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

What You Need to Apply:

✔ Active RN License (in good standing)
✔ Current CPR Certification
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
