We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our facility in Boise, Idaho. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment to our valued customers. Your primary duties will include reading order slips, locating products within the warehouse, and ensuring that the correct items and quantities are picked. Once items are picked, you will carefully pack them using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit. Efficiency, accuracy, and a strong attention to detail are key to success in this position. You will also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized work area, assisting with inventory counts, and other warehouse duties as assigned. This is a physically demanding role that requires consistent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Adherence to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is of utmost importance. Our logistics team relies on your precision to ensure customer satisfaction.
