We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for our San Antonio, Texas facility. This pivotal role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will conduct cycle counts, perform physical inventory audits, investigate discrepancies, and implement measures to improve inventory accuracy. This logistics position requires a methodical approach, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS). Proficiency with inventory tracking software is highly desirable. You will also be involved in optimizing storage solutions and ensuring efficient product flow. Safety is a key focus, and adherence to all warehouse safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. While not primarily a physical role, there will be occasional lifting of items up to 30 pounds.
