Key responsibilities include preparing shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required documentation, inspecting outgoing packages for damage and accuracy, and coordinating with carriers for pick-up times. Safe lifting practices are expected when handling packages, and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be strictly enforced to maintain a safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading and manifests.
- Verify that all outgoing shipments match order requirements and are properly packaged.
- Apply shipping labels and tracking information to packages.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pick-ups and resolve any transit issues.
- Conduct final inspections of outbound shipments before they leave the facility.
- Maintain organized records of all shipments processed.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse associates, supervisors, and external partners.

- Assist in loading and unloading trucks when necessary, using safe lifting techniques.
