Physical Therapist (PT)

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
· Deliver high-quality physical therapy care to patients
· Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with personalized treatment plans
· Collaborate with families, physicians, and healthcare team members to coordinate the most effective treatment program
· Maintain accurate documentation of patient medical records
· Create support plans to continue recovery and set rehabilitation goals
Qualifications:
· Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
Pay Range: $53.00 to $63.00 per hour
