We are seeking a meticulous and organized Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is crucial for ensuring that all outgoing shipments are accurately processed, documented, and dispatched on time. You will be responsible for coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping labels, verifying order contents, and maintaining shipping records. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparing bills of lading, processing outgoing shipments via various carriers, confirming order accuracy, labeling packages, and maintaining organized shipping areas. Physical requirements include regular lifting of packages up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
