Twin Lakes Therapy and Living is looking for a *confident, compassionate Night Shift Charge Nurse (LPN or RN)* who thrives in overnight care and enjoys making a real difference when residents need it most. *What You’ll Do:*
· Lead and oversee resident care throughout the night shift
· Deliver hands-on nursing care, including medication administration and treatments
· Perform thorough assessments and monitor resident conditions
· Create, implement, and update individualized care plans
· Provide skilled nursing procedures such as IV therapy, catheter care, and wound management
· Accurately document care and clinical observations
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
· Support residents with Alzheimer’s, memory care needs, developmental disabilities, and other complex conditions
· Maintain HIPAA compliance and infection control standards
· Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
*What We’re Looking For:*
· Current *LPN or RN license*
· Long-term care experience preferred (but not required)
· Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
· Excellent communication and leadership abilities
· Ability to work independently and confidently during overnight hours
