Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying counts and checking for damages.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular checks on inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
- Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure personal and team safety.
- Assist in maintaining accurate logistics records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving warehouse operations.
- Assist with lifting and moving packages of various sizes and weights, following safe lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or similar environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Comfortable using basic tools and equipment.
