We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Picker/Packers in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both accurately picking customer orders and efficiently packing them for shipment. Your duties will include using handheld scanners to locate items, verifying order accuracy, carefully packing products to prevent damage during transit, and preparing them for dispatch. This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and in excellent condition. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring a strong sense of urgency and precision. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential, along with strict adherence to all company Safety policies. The correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent walking, standing, and moderate Lifting of up to 40 lbs. We provide thorough training on our picking and packing procedures, as well as our Safety protocols.
