As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling by vehicle as well as on foot. You will interact with employees and visitors, uphold Allied Universal's values, and contribute to a secure and welcoming environment through teamwork and integrity. What You'll Do: + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. + Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and observing for any unusual conditions. + Monitor access points and observe individuals entering and exiting the location to help maintain a secure environment. + Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual occurrences, or maintenance needs according to site procedures. + Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related concerns and support the overall mission of the location. + Remain alert and attentive to surroundings at all times while performing assigned patrol duties. Minimum Requirements: + At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. + Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. + An active Department of Defense Secret clearance is required. + Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. + A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
