This is a remote position. Futuralis is looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, with expertise in Java with strong AWS. Requirements: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java Implement and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. Strong understanding of TypeScript features like interfaces, generics, and type annotations to ensure type safety and code quality. Mandatory should be strong expertise in AWS tools and services, including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, CDK, and AWS CodePipeline. Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Nice to Have: AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) is a plus.
