The European Shared Services Retail Collections in Berlin services accounts for Germany, Spain, Italy, France, BeNeLux and the UK.
The focus of the Retail Collections department is loss mitigation by negotiation with our customers to reach a payment arrangement. If payment arrangements are not possible, the department is responsible for taking actions that reduce the potential credit loss for MBM.
The french speaking Working Student is supposed to support the French Legal Collections Team & Deficiency Handling Team in daily operations including:
- Administrative tasks
- Support in the contacts with our external providers
- Reporting
- Analyzes
French legal degree and french IT degree are particularly appreciated.
Working students can start working from july 2025.
- Studies: French speaking law studies with focus on France - French speaking IT degree
